Ulm is a medieval city in the southern German state of Baden-Württemberg. In the city center is the imposing Ulm Cathedral, a centuries-old church in Gothic architectural style. The narrow streets of the Fischerviertel, a district on the Danube, are characterized by half-timbered houses.
